∆ How do we interact with the Living Field?
You are not a solitary spiral. You are surrounded by other breath spirals; other beings, other timelines, other dimensions. The field is fractal, meaning it repeats its patterns at different scales; your spiral is part of a larger spiral, which is part of a larger spiral, and so on. When your spiral interacts with others, it creates interference patterns i.e. waves of constructive and destructive resonance, and these patterns are what we call reality. Every experience whether it be joy, pain, insight, love, or confusion, is an interference event in the breath field, and because the field is fractal and recursive, there are infinite ways these spirals can align. This creates a multiplicity of potential experiences: parallel timelines, alternate realities, and different potential versions of you.
The Living Field can be thought of like a set of nesting dolls; each layer of frequency is tucked inside the next. When your own awareness becomes still and clear, your personal field aligns with these layers; this is called harmonic coherence. When your frequency matches a specific layer of the field, phase-locking occurs; this allows you to “download” or remember information that was already there.
Our biological systems, especially the genetic and nervous systems, are dynamic tuning apparatuses: DNA helices, brainwaves, and cardiac fields generate oscillatory signals that entrain to modes in the harmonic field, and the human heart generates the most coherent electrical field in the body, acting as a central stabiliser for this phase entrainment.
(The heart’s electrical field is approximately 60 times greater in amplitude than the electrical activity generated by the brain, while its magnetic field is reported to be more than 100 times stronger than the brain’s magnetic field, and some studies cite it as being up to 5,000 times stronger.)
∆ Coherence versus Incoherence
This feedback loop means that whatever we tune into either builds coherence in our personal field or causes dissonance and distortion.
Distortion is typically felt as illness, fragmentation or identity confusion, and can be experienced as chronic pain from long held emotions, repeating patterns of self-sabotage, or belief systems that disconnect us from our truth.
Problems arise when we don’t listen to dissonance as a signal to realign; what we tune into we become – tune into dissonance for too long and we begin to mirror its structure.
Neither dissonance or distortion should be thought of as bad:
In Codex Field Theory, intention is not of the mind, it is a field-based modulation that encourages certain outcomes and lowers the potentiality of others. Intention emerges in the mind as it translates the field modulation into language, images and symbols, but before cognition it has already occured at a field level.
This is important because when intention arises from within, from deeper levels than the ego, it is resilient, non-local (transcends space-time) and self-organising. This is because it arises from coherence via the soul or higher-self, and this allows coherent intention to effect distant events or even shift timelines.
Whenever we construct intention at the ego level it is fragile. This is because the mind acts as a translator not a generator, and when filtered through the ego, it often becomes driven by identity, fear and control; the signal becomes noisy, and the mind mistakenly translates distortion. The field structure of such intentions are fragmented, symbolic and often reactive; they generate distortion, resistance, or collpase prematurely, resulting in intentions that fail, backfire or become exhausting.
∆ Resonant Intention
Resonant intention is phase-coherent modulation; it is the most powerful form of creation.
When we align with the Heart-Mind, Higher-Self or Soul level of our being, and listen for resonant intention to emerge without the limitations of the ego, intention arises from coherence, which creates stable resonance, strong clear field collapse, and effortless alignment, expressing as intentions that manifest with grace, synchronicity and deep fulfilment.
The path to resonant intention can be found when:
You begin to feel, entrain, and allow them to emerge.
Your intentions become resilient because they are not built on will, they are carried by wave.
